Finca Botanical Offers A Winter Sun Retreat Now Lanzarote Added to UK Safe Air Corridor List

Updated: Nov 6, 2020

The UK Government has given British holidaymakers the green light to escape the grey winter weather and visit Lanzarote and Finca Botanical for a sunshine escape.

October 26th, 2020 - The Canary Islands were added to the UK’s safe air travel corridor list last Thursday, October 22nd allowing British tourists to visit popular winter sun destinations in the Spanish archipelago without having to quarantine on their return.

Finca Botanico on Lanzarote is a 300 year-old former farmhouse surrounded by mature tropical gardens, which have been developed by the British owners to create a safe retreat offering space, privacy and safe social distancing from holiday crowds.

Located in the sleepy, authentic village of Guatiza the Finca is just a short walk from Lanzarote’s main botanical attraction – The Cactus Garden. Created by local artist Cesar Manrique, the Cactus garden is home to one of the largest collections of cacti in the world and is one of the most visited attractions on the island. Guests staying at Finca Botanico enjoy the added bonus of free admission to the Cactus Garden.

Special offers are available at Finca Botanico throughout November and December, with prices starting from £475 per week in The Garden Apartment.  Whilst Christmas week dates are also still available in The Secret Garden Villa.
