The schedule included a series of 4-night / 5-day cruises of the St. Lawrence River in Eastern Ontario and the Thousand Islands region.
The cruises produced a clean bill of health for the cruise line’s enhanced COVID-19 safety measures that included guest screening, reduced passenger loads, physical distancing and mask protocols, as well as a ship-wide hospital-grade disinfectant regime.
Company President Jason Clark, suggested that the decision to offer the condensed fall schedule was driven by consumer demand and followed months of research and preparation on behalf of the cruise line to meet evolving federal, provincial and municipal pandemic guidelines.

The companies M/V Canadian Empress was operated with a maximum capacity of 40 passengers and 13 crew members. The ship offers 32 twin bedrooms with fixed beds, private bathrooms and river views.
