Australia Solar Eclipse Cruise from Fremantle (Perth) April 2023

UNITED STATES - July 28th, 2022. Tropical Sails Corp has announced the procurement of cabins on the Pacific Explorer cruise ship for a special 5-night solar eclipse cruise from Fremantle, WA April 17-22, 2023, which is near Perth, WA.

The Pacific Explorer will be in a prime position to catch a glimpse of the first Hybrid Solar Eclipse to be visible from Australia in 1000 years. Also known as the King of Eclipse’s, our unique vantage point will put us in place to observe the sun, moon and Earth’s discs aligning for a significant, one-minute, 16-second event. Exmouth is the only place on mainland Australia where you can view the eclipse.

P&O Cruises operates several ships in Australia. The special cruise includes all taxes, gratuities, cocktail hour hosted by Tropical Sails Corp, special event tee-shirt and an on-board credit. The cruise will depart Fremantle, the evening of April 17th and return on Saturday morning April 22nd. The smaller ship has just 999 cabins.

Tropical Sails has the expertise to handle flights and pre-post activities. From the east coast, Perth is a one-stop flight via Doha or Dubai.

Tropical Sails Corp has been operating solar eclipse expeditions and travel since 1991. We were the only company to drive the Baja in 1991, were not clouded out in China 2009 and one of the few that had a group in Chile 2020.
